Using the service

Uploading.Pictures is a browser-based image editing toolbox. You may use it for lawful purposes and only with images you own or have permission to edit.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your images, edits, and downloaded files. Do not use the service to violate another person’s rights, break the law, or distribute harmful or illegal material.

No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect image quality, or compatibility with every device or file. Keep a backup of your original pictures.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uploading.Pictures and its operators will not be liable for lost files, lost data, or indirect damages resulting from use of the service.

Changes

We may update the service or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
